• Hey,

I really like the plugin but unfortunately I ran into quite an issue with the last update. I run the theme KLEO which uses the WP Bakery Page Builder (formerly known as Visual Composer). The theme uses a plugin called k elements to add a number of element to the page builder. Since the last update of Plugin Organizer it doesn’t work together anymore. Even if all settings in Plugin Organizer are set to standard, thus no rules in place, k elements is disabled. It only comes back up when I deactivate Plugin Organizer and then de- and reactivate k elements. It used to work fine, any idea what might be causing the issue now?

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards, Philip

My guess would be that you disabled WPBakery page builder somewhere. Go to the plugin search tab on the Plugin Organizer settings page and search for that plugin to make sure it is not disabled somewhere. I can’t test the theme or the plugin since they are premium and I don’t have a license.

    Dear Jeff,

thanks for your feedback. Actually, the Page Builder works fine, what doesn’t work are the added elements that the Kleo Theme adds through the K Elements plugin. There’s never been an issue up until the late November / early December update of your plugin. I understand that there’s little you can do, given that Kleo is a paid theme, though of course they argue that the issue is with your plugin, not theirs. It’s really an unfortunate situation because I really like your plugin and it’s a shame that I now can’t use it anymore.

    Kind regards, Philip

Make sure the plugins are being loaded in the correct order. Move the K Elements plugin to load before or after the WP Bakery plugin to see if that fixes the issue. If you can tell me any errors you are getting then I might be able to help you fix it. Did you search for the K Elements plugin to see if it had been disabled somewhere? Did you try resetting the plugin load order to default?
