    Hi,
It lloks to be a very powerful plugin, but I have a problem. I’m using Divi as a builder and theme.

When I try to configure the plugin on my admin panel, it’s ok but when I try to use it on a page(or article) the zoom is not possible.

I’ve had “zoooom” in the CSS class as explained on your site, and it appears that it’s taken into account on my builder page, because I get the message “Zoom applied on the image. Check in the frontend”.

But when I leave the builder, no zoom on my image.

    Could you help me please?
    regards

    Hi,

the zoom seems to be working all right on my computer. See this screenshot.

The zoom ratio is calculated from the size of the uploaded image vs the size at which the image is presented on the website. The uploaded image is 2560px wide. If your monitor’s screen is larger than 2560px width, then the zoom lens will not initiate, as the image is already stretched on the website in order to fit your screen size.

If you increase the page’s zoom level (hit Ctrl and “+” sign in the browser) or open the website on a smaller monitor, then the zoom lens will initialize, as the image will be presented on the website at less than 2560px width.
