After thoroughly investigating on our end, we couldn’t replicate the issues you’ve described. This strongly suggests that the problem is likely related to caching on your site. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when clearing the cache doesn’t seem to resolve the issue.
We’ve also noticed that while you’ve created a ticket in our support portal, we haven’t yet received the additional information we need to look into the issue directly on your site. We would be more than happy to assist you further once we have access to this information.
In the meantime, we recommend installing the latest version of Support Genix on a fresh WordPress site as a test. This should help confirm that the issue is indeed related to your site’s cache.
