Doesn't work with Genesis Responsive Slider

I need to use this code inside Sticky Popup plugin:

But when I do so Genesis Responsive Slider stops showing up and Sticky Popup as well. Both not showing up using the code above.

The weird thing is that if I reload the homepage instead of clicking on any link, sometimes both show up.

Another thing, I need to exlude social buttons placed by Ultimate Social Deux inside the Sticky Popup.

But in order to do so I need to input the Sticky Popup plugin ID (just like Page or Post ID) into the exlude field of Ultimate Social Deux plugin. Where do I find this ID or what should I inser in the EXLUDE field?
