    Dear Sirs,

    your tool is indeed useful. I could recapture some lost sales because of it, through manually following up on some lost leads.

    The reason I don’t automate the process and activite the automated emails, is that the plugin doesn’t work, when the payment is completed through an external payment gateway (affilicon.net) in my case.

    All of my carts show up as abandoned, even though 90% close without any problems.

    Is there a way to solve this problem?
