    Hello,

on my test website the plugin works alright with Elementor 2.9.8 (free version) on the single image element. For testing with the gallery element I would need the site builder’s pro version.

Would you please make sure the image’s size option is set to “Large”, as in this screenshot? The zoom should work also with other sizes, except the “Custom” size.

If that doesn’t help, maybe you can give me a link to your page so I can have a look. There might be some other issue unrelated to the Elementor plugin.

Do you mean plugin not work with “Basic Gallery” Elementor Element. I’m sure that image size is set to Large currently.

I do not see any “Basic Gallery” element in the plugin’s free version. The only elements I have are: Inner Section, Heading, Image, Text Editor, Video, Button, Divider, Spacer, Google Maps and Icon.

As mentioned above, maybe there is another issue with the zoom unrelated to the Elementor plugin. If you give me a link to your page I could have a look and see what is wrong.

It will work if you write “zoooom” (4 “o”s) as the gallery’s CSS class. Now it is only “zooom” (3 “o”s).
