    Hi there,

    Thanks for the appreciation.
Would you let us know the details of the issue so that we can look into it. You can drop email to heateor[at]gmail[dot]com regarding this.

I am having the exact same problem, I have to keep restoring backups because this plugin keeps breaking this template completely. It definitely is not the template at fault as I have close to 40 other WordPress plugins running at the same time that do not cause this issue.

I’m not sure what the problem is, but whatever happened from 4.0 –> 5.0 completely breaks all the javascript in this template.

It’s not just with Beautiful loading, it’s with masony and grid blog views and anything else that uses javascript.

The solution for now is MAKE SURE you untick the option under settings that “deletes all settings when deleting plugin” uninstall it, and download the latest 4.xx version from the SVN. I don’t think I’ll ever update to 5.xxx again.

4.3 is the last version that works with this plugin I just researched it for you, until they get it resolved, make sure you go into social sharing settings and make sure it does not delete the plugin settings when you uninstall, uninstall 5.xxx and install 4.3 from the SVN 4.3 works fine.

It might be compatibility issue with any other plugin. We need your website url to look into the issue. How would we be able to look into the issue without it?

    Hi,

I have the same issue with the The7 theme after upgrading the plugin to 5.2.2.

It seems that all Javascripts from The7 don’t work. Revolution Slider still works well.

In my test environment I have disabled all plugins except SuperSocializer and the issue is still there, so it does not seem to be a compatibility issue with other plugins.

Here is the link to my test environment with all plugins disabled, in case this can help :

At this stage I haved restored the previous release in my live site.

Let me know if youy need more information,

    Hi @babbooo,

Thanks for co-operating and letting us know the url of your website. We can see the Javascript errors in some files of theme in browser console.
Rename “wp-content/plugins/super-socializer/js/modernizr.custom.82187.js” to some other name (like – modernizr.js) and see if this resolves the issue. Let us know.

    Hi Heateor,

I have changed the name to modernizr.js.
The JS functions of the theme are now executed if you refresh a page twice.
Would you like admin + FTP codes for my test environment ?

    Hello Heateor,

I have renamed the file on my test environment (pl.yusupova.pro) and it works fine.

    Thanks for the support!

Rename the modernizr.js back to modernizr.custom.82187.js. Then disable Include Javascript in website footer option from Basic Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin panel. Let us know if it resolves the issue.

    @heateor,

Disabling “Include Javascript in website footer” fixes the issue.
The script name was renamed back to modernizr.custom.82187.js, and it works great with disabled javascript in footer.

    Thanks!

It works for me too, thanks !
