Doesn't work with Cyclone Slider

  • In one of the topics below someone was complaining about your plugin not working when there’s the Nextgen plugin activated. It’s been over six months, any luck fixing the issue?

    I really like the look of your plugin but I do need my Cyclone Slider as well and I’d love if those two could work together. Please let me know what can be done!

    Can you be more specific about what your problem is? I’d love to help:

    Here are some of the things you can do:

    1. Post a link to a site with both plugins running
    2. Post a screenshot of what is happening
    3. Write a detailed step-by-step description of what is happening
    4. Post any console.log errors that you see.
    5. Make sure the conflict is actually with Cyclone Slider by deactivating all other plugins and ONLY having JSJ Gallery Slideshow and Cyclone activated.

    Let me know what you find

    Hey Jorge,

    1. Here’s the link to a page with your plugin (the Cyclone Slider is also activated now): https://www.tereshkovets.com/1097-2
    2, 3. Here’s what’s happening with your plugin when the Cyclone slider is activated: it doesn’t respond to any changes in its settings. E.g. it keeps on advancing pictures, no matter if the box “Paused on start” is checked or not. The effects also can’t be changed. It doesn’t respond when you click “Next” or “Previous image”. Also when you click next or previous then the page jumps (scrolls itself) to the top.
    4. Sorry, don’t know where to find that. Please let me know where it is and I’ll be able to post it here.
    5. The problem exists ONLY when the Cyclone Slider is activated. If it’s not – everything works perfectly.

    Hey Jorge,

    Any updates on the issue?

    I don’t find any solution, I had to change Cyclone Slider plugin with another.

    If there is a futur update for the issue, I’m interested.
