Doesn’t Work With Creator Accounts

  • The plugin came highly recommended, so I’m not giving it a one star review, but it only works with personal and business Instagram accounts, not creator accounts. I’d love to give it a try if future updates correct this.

    Hey @urbancaveman,

    Thanks for your review. The plugin should work with Creator accounts, as both Business and Creator accounts are supported by the Instagram API. I just did some testing to confirm this, and was able to connect a Creator account and display posts from it as expected.

    If you’re having an issue with displaying posts from a specific account then there may be a deeper issue. Would you be able to submit a support ticket on our website here with your “System Info” from the plugin so that we can take a closer look?
