Doesn’t work with Cartflows?

Is this plugin still supported?

Yes we have troubleshoot your query in detail and found that there is one file that conflicting with our file and dropdown rollback to radio button.

To make it work, please rename below one file.

File path: "plugins/cartflows/woocommerce/template/cart/cart-shipping.php"

to bkp_cart-shipping.php

Note: Please make sure that you have full file access as it might be possible that in some cases you lost the admin access or site blank.

This worked, but only partially, meaning the shipping options show in a dropdown list now. However, Cartflows has two separate files for their shipping methods.

One, like you mentioned, is in plugins/cartflows/woocommerce/template/cart/cart-shipping.php and this is for desktop view.

They have a separate one for mobile view on the checkout page, for some reason, and it is found in plugins/cartflows/modules/checkout/templates/checkout/shipping-methods.php

Doing what you did, by changing the name of the file from “cart-shipping.php” to “bkp_cart-shipping.php” so that Cartflows doesn’t override your plugin, made it so that the shipping method does show up in a dropdown list in desktop view, but in mobile view of the cartflows checkout page, it is back to radio buttons again AND the total cost after shipping does not update when selecting an option AND the option you selected doesn’t save if you reload the page (i.e: if the default option is “2-day shipping” and you select “Priority Shipping”, if you reload the page, it goes back to 2-day shipping.)

I am not sure what to do concerning this, but if there’s nothing that can be done, I will just have to unfortunately switch back to the radio buttons that shows up on Cartflows checkout..

Thanks for your feedback.

It might be a template override issue and might not be saving the selected option.

Also, renaming two files might be not a proper solution as in the future you might lose some design or functional changes so the back-to-radio option will be a good idea now.
