Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t work properly.
It incremetns the excessive “1” to the order number when payment gateway is invoked.
As result the order number in woocommerce and order number in payment system became different. It’s difficult to identify buyer’s payment if buyer pays by creditcard.

    Hi @sergeserge

I’m very sorry to hear that our plugin caused a mismatch of order numbers between your WooCommerce store and your Gateway! We do try to ensure that our plugin is compatible with most payment gateways so that the order numbers will match in most cases. Can you confirm which gateway plugin you are using in this case? We have a list of compatible gateways (for our premium plugin, but it also applies to Sequential Order Numbers) here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/sequential-order-numbers/#section-7

There is also a guide on how to integrate compatibility for gateway plugin developers there which may be helpful for the developer of your gateway.

I really appreciate your feedback here and thank you for giving Sequential Order Numbers a try.

    All the best,
    Ryan

    Hey @sergeserge

Thanks so much for confirming! In this case, that isn’t one of the gateway plugins that is currently compatible with our plugin. Compatibility can only be integrated on the gateway plugin side unfortunately. I would recommend reaching out to the plugin author for your gateway to see if the plugin can be modified based on the guidelines in our documentation (mentioned above).

    All the best,
    Ryan
