• Went ahead and purchased the premium product of this and Lorenzo provided some support at the beginning. However, when the plugin was not properly functioning with our site. The rates were off. Since then, I’ve sent multiple requests for help and at this point asked for a refund. However, no response. Hmmm…I even asked politely if I could possibly exchange this plugin for the EasyPost plugin, and again, no response. If you go to the website, there are all five star reviews and that’s because the developer has to approve of the reviews.

    We regret the delay in responses, since we were on a weekend break we couldn’t get back on time.

    Since you had requested for a plugin swap to easy post I’ve swapped the plugin to the easy post plugin recently, but if you still want to resolve the issue with the USPS plugin we can work on it, but if you want to continue with the easy post plugin once you’ve installed it you can check the plugin functions and if you face any issues with Easy post plugin do let us know.

    If you’re not honest with your reviews, then what else are you not honest with. So please, work honestly, you can do it! I’m not a customer yet but things like this affect my decision considerably.

    We do leave all the reviews as it is we also have low rating reviews which we do not remove.
