• Hello,
I am sorry i have to give one star.
First i installed and it worked, then uninstalled and deleted pages your plugin created – this should be automatically, please respect our database.

Then I installed again, but nothing worked. First i have to create my own pages and when i try to click on them, its either not working or it simply logs me out!

I would say this is your plugin left something in database and now its actiong weird. I dont like that. If I uninstall please clear EVERYTHING of your plugin and RESPECT OUR DATABASES!!!

    Hi @cikatomo

Could you provide some information and clarify some details?

    1. What version did you use before the first uninstall?
    2. What version did you install after the first uninstall?
    3. Did you make the conflict test after the second install? Could you provide a detailed list of the issues which you faced after the second install?

    Let me know,
    Thanks!

    Hello,
1.i installed few days ago so I would say its the same version as it is now, 2.1.2?
    2. same, 2.1.2
    3. What is conflict test? I install, then have go to settings where i click to create all the necessary pages and it creates them with shortcode inside. But when i go to website and click, some of the pages just goes to home page, some pages it goes to home page and i am logged out.

    Hi @cikatomo

Thanks for your answer and the provided details!

    1. Did you have the same issues with Ultimate Member pre-defined pages when you install 2.1.2 a few days ago or you haven’t a chance to check that?

    2. I mean “conflict test” as deactivation other plugins except for Ultimate Member and activation WP native theme (e.g. Twenty Nineteen).

If you still have the issues with pre-defined pages even after “conflict test” you could contact me here https://ultimatemember.com/contact/sales/

    Hello,

    I’d like to answer here.

    1. No, first time the plugin was working. At least, I think so, now I don’t even know myself in this confusion.

    2. Yes Ive tried troubleshoot, and it still doesnt work. Same thing.

Does your plugin create pages, because I have to do it manually…

    Hi @cikatomo

    Thanks for your answer!

You can see admin notice after the first installation (or installation after uninstall) with the proposal to create standard pages with the necessary content. https://www.screencast.com/t/fnFnpDqk

There are additional details about pre-defined pages: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/111-default-pages

Please let me know if you didn’t see this admin notice,
    Regards

    Hi @cikatomo

It’s really strange because the admin notice is a main part of the first install. The main reason for this issue can be the conflict with some plugins, which optimize wp-admin screens and hide these notices forcibly.

Can we contact here https://ultimatemember.com/contact/sales/ ?
I would like to help you and deal with this problem so that it does not recur anymore.

    Let me know,
    Thanks!
