Doesnt work poor support

  • I installed this plugin and it doesn’t work. I emailed support 3 times for assistance nothing. I requested a refund nothing so I am having to do a chargeback.

    Obviously the ball got dropped on this, and I’m happy to issue a refund and figure out what went wrong.

    I just took a look through my orders and I do see you purchased the plugin on the 16th of July. When I search my email though I’m not finding anything from the email you used for the purchase.

    Could you please let me know which email you used for the support request so I can figure out where that went wrong?
