Doesn't work, poor instructions

Did everything as in instruction – its quite short and nowhere to make mistake. Current plugin appearance not match to video “how to ” tutorials. On video I see checkbox “display form on page”, which has to turn on form displaying on page. But in real plugin I have only link “Add ACF form to this post” which doesn’t allow me to turn it on or off, just redirects me to field groups. Whatever I do there, if I check “DISPLAY ACF form in CONTENT” checkbox or not – doesn’t matter, nothing appears on the page. So no ability to turn on functionality on the dedicated page. May be cause my version of WP – looks like 4.2.1 doesn’t supported.
