• Hi Greg,

    Great plugin!

However, classes are not applied in block editor when editing; but it does generate for the actual pages. It’s done on a newly installed WordPress instance with all caches off. Env below:

    • PHP 8.1
    • WordPress 6.2
    • Any theme, including Twenty Twenty-ThreeVersion: 1.1
    • Plugin: only Tailpress 0.4.3 enabled

    Hope this gives enough info…

Just checked again and found that desktop edit mode is also in an iframe. Not sure if this is the cause…

Ah! Quite possible, I will check this for the 6.2 compatibility. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I’ll notify you here when that’s fixed.

@predawnhunter it seems to work fine on Desktop preview mode. Are you using it under Tablet or Mobile preview? If so, that’s a known issue documented in the README under DEVICE PREVIEW MODE IN BLOCK EDITOR

@freshbrewedweb thanks for coming back to me Greg. Yes, I am only on desktop mode as I saw the note in README. Somehow it’s in an iframe in my browser. I am using Arc so that might potentially be the problem? I will try again when I get home and let you know.

I’m actually using Arc as well! Really enjoying it.

Please send screenshots of the issue if you can. Thanks!

Hey Greg – yes! Arc is awesome! I am sticking to it for the short run…

Unfortunately mine is still not working in neither Arc nor Chrome. I used Hostinger’s auto WordPress provision… Don’t think that would be the problem…

Here’s the recording…. Hope it will clarify things up… ??

Ah silly me! I just watched your video again. You were trying in post editing, which also works me… I’ve been trying to apply it to Site editing ??

I guess the plugin won’t work for Site editing until the iframe issue is resolved…

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I will try to get it working in site editing as well. You can follow here:
