Doesn’t Work out of the box

I have acquired a theme with this plugin included and it simply doesn’t work. I spent a great deal of hours searching and trying to fix this plugin because it’s a fundamental clog in my theme.

When trying to get support, they are very slow to reply, sometimes taking months looking at older support tickets.I tried to contact the plugin creator and haven’t had a reply.

There are many support tickets with the same issues and their solutions are sub optimal, like move all your files the localhost root.

I am infuriated because I actually paid for this. Please test your plugins before release.
