    Dear All,

I am using WordPress in combination with the theme Sydney Pro and I would like to get rid of the default menu and use the responsive menu instead. I would like to use it not only on a mobile device, but generally for all devices. I actually use the Pro version, but I can’t get it working. Are there like articles or videos I can use in order to understand the plugin? I just don’t understand it. Could someone please assist me?

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Natty

    Hi Natty,

Have you gone through the documentation on our site as every option is covered there?

If so which part are you struggling with specifically. I don’t know about the Sydney theme in particular, do you want to show the hamburger menu at all screen sizes?

If so you just need to enter a breakpoint value such as 50000 then find the CSS selector of the Sydney menu you want to hide and enter this in the “CSS of Menu to Hide” option.

Hope that helps, if you are still stuck let me know!

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I did, but it just confuses me. I bought the Pro version a while back, but I am not able to find all the pro features that come along. My interface looks nothing like the one displayed on your website. And I have the newest version installed.

    Best,
    Natty

    Hi Natty,

What version do you have installed? Unfortunately I am not allowed to provide Pro plugin support here so could you please continue this by emailing me at support [at] responsive [dot] menu.

    All the best
