When on https, use https in your links too. Then it should work just fine ??

What media are you linking too? Can you share the URL of your site?

it works fine on HTTP

Like I said, use https in the (youtube) link too. Also, use class=”fancybox-youtube” of just leave it on autodetect. Class “fancybox” is reserved for image media links.
