Doesn't Work on some Themes

  • The plugin doesn’t work on my specific theme. It has worked on another, but this particular theme, it doesn’t work. Developer could not help, an did not refund for $20 version. Make sure the free version works before upgrading.

    On other theme, plugin is ok. Really not crazy with design.

    Hello Phire Music,

    Problem with your theme really was the css of your template provider. The selector used were “too loose” and applying styles to elements where they shouldn’t.

    Such problems, must be fixed by template providers due to the bad practices they followed, not 3rd party plugin developers that are affected by them.

    Therefore the review 2/5 hurting my overall score due to a problem with your template is unfair.

    Regarding the refund – as stated on the license page we refund only if the issue is caused by the plugin, what if you want a refund because it can’t run on a toaster?
