    Hello,

I installed Version 1.16.0?of this plugin on an instance of WordPress 6.6.2 on a test site and successfully added and made a content. Then I tried to do the exact same thing on a real site (same version numbers), but when I go to my wordpress dashboard -> H5P Content, I get a blank page that only says “No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content.” Clicking on “Add new” changes the otherwise blank page to say “Before you start” and nothing else.

I also made an account on h5p.org website but the onboarding process for my real website was different.

    Can you help?

If you open you browser’s console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome), are there any error messages?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply.

I am not a developer, but I reinstalled and activated H5P and then opened the browser’s console and got this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/K2rhU3.jpg I do not know what it means but it might help you to troubleshoot.

I did some tests and discovered the reason why it didn’t work on my second installation.

The H5P plugin only worked for me when I deactivated all other plugins on my site, THEN activate the H5P plugin, then re-activate the other plugins on my site. In other words, the order of activation of the plugins affect whether the plugin works or not. If I have pre-existing plugins, then install and activate H5P, it will not work. Not sure why this is but maybe you can fix it or tell all your new users.

Most likely one of the other plugins is conflicting with how H5P works. Sadly, this is not uncommon as quality between plugins can vary so much. The only way to figure out which one is to go through them one by one.

@icc0rz I thought it might be a plugin conflight which is why I deactivated all my plugins and activated them one at a time to see which one conflicted with H5P and actually, no plugin conflicted with H5P at all. What I mean is, the problem wasn’t that some plugin was activated while H5P was activated, but that H5P was not the first to be activated. When I activated H5P first, then activated all the other plugins one by one, not a single plugin affected H5P. The reverse was not true.
