Doesn't work on my site – at all

    This site is on hostgator and I have a bunch on my hostgator account and it works fine there. Same framework (genesis) just different child theme. The only difference is that this site is in a subdirectory under a Joomla site.

    The funny thing is, it worked over on hostcentric prior to the hostgator migration….

    I’m sorry this didn’t work for you.

    Are you using an object cache or opcode cache? The help page is dynamic to your site and has some more information. There are known conflicts with opcode caches that are loaded as zend extensions (zend_extension=….) and when multiple extensions that deal with opcodes are stacked (e.g. ioncube + zend optimizer + apc). There are also known conflicts with eaccelerator.
