    Hi,

I’m using the plugin doesn’t seem to work on mobile devices. Can this happen because of SiteOrigin Page Builder I’m using? Since buttons in page builder don’t have an attribute editor I added the data attributes to the buttons with jQuery. It works on desktop and laptops perfectly. What could be wrong with it and how could I fix it?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Can you tell us which of our Optin Cat form layouts you are using and experiencing this problem with?

Please note that our Popup forms only have Mobile compatibility in our premium Optin Cat plugin here.

    Best regards,
    Rashaan

I have the premium version and three forms: two with 2nd layout and one with 5th. Maybe you’ll get more info from the site: https://lazybuguru.lt/test/wordpress

The first form is triggered with the first button on the slider, the second with the fourth button under the photo of Excel table and the last with the last button in the bottom of the page.

    Thanks! for this information.
It seems that you would need to update to our latest version of our premium Optin Cat plugin.

Go to your Fatcatapps account to login and gain access to download our latest version.

Before install our updated plugin, first deactivate the previous version of our plugin that you have installed. Your form will automatically be loaded into our premium plugin afterwards.
