Doesn’t work on Live Site

    This is really strange that this plugin works on the staging site but not the LIVE site. Is there any way we can share website information privately for your testing?

    Well, we don’t know what the issue is ??
    If it’s not working at all, not affecting links in the front-end then it can be:
    – cache (make sure you clear any cache plugins/services you have active)
    – compatibility with some other plugin. Check if there are any extra plugins on the live site compared to the staging website
    I can’t think of anything else.
