    Hi,

We are testing the free version on our test site, and have set up the shipping zones, method… All is working well except for certain countries (even within the same zone, whereby there is no problem with the other countries).

    Example:

    Free Shipping
    – Myanmar (works)
    – Singapore (doesn’t work)

    Zone 1
    – Malaysia ( doesn’t work)

    Zone 2
    – All countries (work)
    – Vietnam (doesn’t work)

    Zone 3
    – India (doesn’t work)
    – Thailand (works)

doesn’t work = the system uses the rate/calculation for Rest of World.

Appreciate very much if you can help.

    Thanks & regards
    John Low

    Hello John,

Thank you sending the screenshots. They’ve helped me to replicate your configuration in my test shop.
I’ve just tested the plugin using your shipping zones and countries. I have confirmed that plugin is working well.

That’s very strange that you get proper shipping cost for one country, and for the another contry from the same shipping zone, there is an issue.

I suggest that you run a little test: simply disable Flexible Shipping, and check again Free Shipping for:
    – Myanmar
    – Singapore

If it’s not working either, than the problem is not with the plugin. Please, let me know about the results of the test.

    Hi,

Just wanna share that the mystery is solved… phew…

It’s because these 2 files have same functions… /wp-includes/cache.php and /wp-content/object-cache.php, and the system auto uses the one from object-cache.php…

Hope this (unpleasant) experience will help others.

Nothing to do with the plugin… which is very good… and much thanks!

    Blessed weekends

Oh BTW object-cache.php is from Redis…
