Doesn't work on all PC's

    I was hoping to use this plugin to block my own ip address from accessing a particular website, which I have google ads on and do not want my family clicking the advertisements.

    The plugin does work on laptop with windows 8 and desktop with windows xp. However when tried it on two laptops running windows 7 it lets me see the website and doesnt work. Any suggestions?
