Doesn’t work, nothing was replaced in the database.

I have just installed this plugin, and ran dry mode once to be sure it will work. Gives error in wp_options table in dry mode, so unselected wp_options table, than tried to run it without dry mode checked, and after it was done, it says the following:

During the search/replace, 86 tables were searched, with 0 cells changed in 0 updates.

So I did a backup of the database sql file, open it in a text editor, and do a search for what was supposed to be replaced, it is still found (and not in the wp_options table). It is found in many places all throughout all of the tables.

Nothing seemed to have been replaced, so what did it do exactly?? UNKNOWN!
