Doesn’t work, no support

  • I use the “Newspaper” theme, a theme that is used a lot and it doesn’t work. I spent hours trying to set it up, though. Unfortunately I didn’t get any support help and the documentation is very basic. I will be happy to change this rating to 5 stars as soon as it works and I look forward to the future update.

    If you read any of the previous support posts you would have seen that I had said on many occasions that it does not work with the Newspaper theme.

    You can’t really say that you didn’t get any support if you didn’t ask for any to begin with. If you responded on a ticket that was already closed I would not have been notified.

    Documentation provides everything for users and developers with what the plugin is capable of doing. If you have an issue with the documentation please report it with your requested improvements.
