• I wanted to buy this plugin to help bill hours for my clients.
    It looks very promising.

    However it’s broken for every user. Multiple users complain on the forums that it’s not working (cannot add a project, step one.) and so I went to the developer’s website and sent a message asking for help to fix it and that I’d like to buy it if I can get it working.

    They didn’t bother to respond.

    I believe we received your message, but we did not get a chance to reply in time, indeed! Really sorry for that; we are indeed pretty swamped with client work and apart for me handling support, there isn’t anybody available right now, I’m afraid. We’re not a big company ??

    The Project and Task item requires a user for that project to be assigned too, if not, it will not allow you to proceed. I have replied the forum thread about it as well.

    We will be working on setting up some validation so that it is a bit more clear for people.
