    First of all, thanks for the plugin. It is great and is doing exactly what it supposes to do. However, since my wordpress was updated to the last version (4.6) the plugin stop working. When the image is clicked, it seems to launch the lightbox but the image does not load. Do you know what it could be happening? Thanks in advance

    Hi, SLB has been tested extensively with WordPress 4.6. Please provide a link to a page that exhibits the issue you are experiencing and I would be glad to take a closer look.

    Hi, it looks like another plugin (spain-cookie-law) is causing a JavaScript error on that page. This can stop other code (including SLB) from functioning properly.

    I would recommend temporarily deactivating that plugin to see if that resolves your issue. Also make sure to clear your caches after deactivating the plugin if you are using any caching/CDN plugins on the site.

    If you are still experiencing an issue with SLB, please leave the other plugin deactivated and let me know so that I can take a closer look.

    Hi again! the plugin you suggested was deactivated, but same behaviour. I also tried to deactivate other ones without success. Now, the plugin spain-cookie-law is deactivated and the cache clean. Thanks

    Thank you. It looks like some of SLB’s files are missing from your site’s installation of the plugin. This may have happened if a previous update process was stopped before it had completed.

    I would recommend the following steps:

    1. Deactivate SLB from your site’s admin dashboard.
    2. Delete SLB’s plugin folder (simple-lightbox) via FTP from your site’s plugins directory.
    3. Reinstall SLB from your site’s admin dashboard.

    This should allow the latest version of SLB to be fully downloaded and installed on your site. Again, please remember to clear your site’s cache after reinstalling SLB.

    Let me know if you are still experiencing a problem once SLB has been deleted and reinstalled.

    I reinstalled the plugin and everything is working properly. I don’t know how it could fail the last update. It will be a mistery, but the important thing is that now is working.
