Doesn’t work in two countries

    Hello. We have more delivery zones (4), based by country
    – Slovakia
    – Czech republic
    – Eastern Europe
    – Western Europe

    We have used this plugin on Slovakia and Czech republic. The others countries are not affected.
    We have this payment methods
    – direct bank pay
    – besteron paygate
    – Cash on delivery (COD)

    We have this delivery methods
    SK: courier, lockal pickup and courier+COD
    CZ: courier, courier+COD, deposit on place and deposit on place+COD.

    We need to set, that COD will be available only for those delivery methods, where “COD” is a part of name of the delivery method.
    I think, something like that should work:

    (Dobierka means COD in our language)
    However, it seems, the system works only for one country!
    This is my checkout:
    For SK: https://prnt.sc/u6opkr
    But for CZ: https://prnt.sc/u6oq1e
    There is no order available, and I really don’t know why ?! When I set the SK as the first and CZ as 2nd, the CZ version works fine and SK version not… How can I fix that bug?
