Doesn’t work if you have a Page Break

I think @kodiegrantham may have started but never finished the fix.

Hello to all. Just download and replace with GIT version your current version and everything works like a charm with repeater, even with page option, no blank fields. Just download ZIP MASTER from: https://github.com/kodie/gravityforms-repeater
