    I tried my friends Pro version and Doesnt Work From Frontend Submissions,

    Front end submissions would make the world of difference.

    I tried to be able asking this question on yr main site but you wanted $60 to ask a question

    Please try the Free one, you don’t need to try the Pro for that. If the Free doesn’t work, the Pro will not either.

    I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with Frontend Submissions. It should work fine. Please explain your issue in details.

    Of course not, I am not asking for money for a question ?? There are questions all over the forums of my plugins, the comments on my website, and I reply to them all. What you have seen in 1-1 support for something related to another plugin.

    Yr site wouldnt let me ask a question unless I had paid for plugin, thats it,

    I have a real estate website and when customers upload images, they are not being renamed the same as their title listing

    Tried free and pro

    It is free for pre-sales, and also mention that if I asked you to contact me, you can ?? It’s very rare to actually see the message for that special support.

    It should work, but only for the Pro in that case, since the renaming is made based on the Post Type.

    If you are interested in this, please buy it again (don’t worry, refunds are always fine), and if it really doesn’t work after you check the documentation and settings, then contact me through the support and I will help you directly ??

    So what yr saying is, buy it and then ask for a refund No questions asked.?

    That’s not what I am saying. If you want Pro support, or if you have a problem with it, you need to own the product first. Then contact me through the Pro 1-1 direct support. This forum is only for the Free version.

    I never refuse a refund, whatever the reason is.

    I am just a bit surprised you tried your friend’s license on your own install. If your friend license is big enough to support another install, it would have been more logical to contact me with your friend’s license. It’s a bit odd ??

    I purchased copy myself. and sent a message via website, in hope it will be seen

    What I see as the problem here is is doesn’t allow to rename when adding images to a listing manager from front end
