Doesn’t work for me

  • When hovering over the images, the square magnifying box shows up over the image, then a zoom window pops up, but the image is the same size (no magnification). And when the magnifier is moved around the image, the zoom window does not change – it keeps the initial section of the image displayed. I am only using on images, not woocommerce. I am using the default settings. Have tested in several browsers with the same result. Cannot recommend. Thanks for the trial.

    It sounds as if you tried the zoom on small image. Try uploading a larger image than the one presented on the website.

    For example, if the image is presented on the website at 400 x 400px, then you’d need to upload an image larger than 400px width in order for the zoom to work.
