Doesn’t work! Endless Ajax Loading…

  • Hi,

    Thanks for such a nice plugin. But it doesn’t work on my site properly. As a site admin, I can comment/reply only. But none can comment/reply. Just an endless ajax loading.

    I made sure that “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” checkbox is unchecked in WordPress comment setting section.

    I use WP Rocket Caching plugin and I excluded all the JS files from minifying.

    Please check this PAGE and let me know how to fix it.

    Hi @pvnanini,
    First please hid the CAPTCHA field using according option in Dashboard > WooDiscuz admin page. Your server file permissions or some security plugin doesn’t allow WooDiscuz to create CAPTCHA gif files.

    Then delete all caches, purge all optimizer plugins caches and check again. i see your website is minified and cached. Just disable all optimizer/minifyer plugins, delete all caches and check it.
