    Hello guys

I installed the plugin, entered the API key, added several different blocks to the page – an empty space is displayed.

Hi @buylov, this is the loading placeholder for blocks and is generally caused by an unsupported version of the database being used. Please can you confirm which version of the database is in use? We’re happy to help debug this in any case and try and get T blocks working in your instance!

Hi @buylov, your database must be using at least MySQL 8 (due to use of recursive CTE queries). Please be aware, MySQL 5.7 reaches end of life in October 2023 so you may want to consider updating anyway.

In the meantime we’ll work to ensure better signposting when using unsupported versions of MySQL. Thanks for your help in debugging this here! D

@buylov Just a quick note to say that we’ve pushed an update to the plugin which enables support on older versions of MySQL, all the way back to version 5.7.8. You should now be able to use the plugin without upgrading your database (although for the aforementioned EOL/security reason we’d still recommend doing so, if possible!)

Please let me know if you have any questions.
