Doesn't work correctly on multisite installations

I haven’t had a chance to test this?plugin on multisite at all yet.

Just released v0.2.2 which has support for multisite. You can now view all sessions from the entire network via the Network Admin area.

I could not replicate your IP address issues or your timestamp issues. Perhaps the timezone is not properly set for each site under Settings > General.

I’ve killed the sessions and logged in again. Now I see the correct data. Apparently those were old sessions still predating the recent changes in session handling (yeah, I’ve somewhat extended the lifetime of the session cookies ??
