Doesn't Work (Checked Common Probs)

I can’t the plugin to work. I checked for the footer and header tags, widget ids, and jquery versions and all those seem fine.

In Chrome the plugin makes the affected widget disappear upon scroll. In safari, nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
