Doesnt work cash on delivery

  • Hi,

    I have problem with cash on delivery.
    Plugin works fine to add extra fees to paymento with Paypal.
    But with the cash on delivery doesnt work.
    I check at the forum that other user had same problem.
    Is this problem have solution?

    I tried to reproduce the problem, but it seems everything is working as it should: https://lewdhall.tastewp.com/ – go ahead and give it a try yourself.

    Could you describe, how to reproduce the issue you’re talking about? If not, you can use TasteWP service to spin up the debug environment as I have described in the support article.

    When I choice one of shipping method set as cash on delivery, and set with 1,5€ fee, doesnt add it on check out.

    I also use the option of extra fee for paypal and it works fine.

    Not working only on cash on delivery.

    Hi, as I showed in my really plain example – it works and I can’t see any possible trouble in your screenshots. Could you deactivate other plugins and have a look if there is no conflict? Otherwise, we need to replicate the issue in order to fix it. You could use the setup linked above and then I’m happy to have a look and find the trouble myself.
