Doesn’t work, black list or white list. Conflicts w ‘Auto Hide Admin Bar’

  • Doesn’t work, whether I choose
    black list or white list (making sure to only use
    1 method at a time).

    Conflicts w ‘Auto Hide Admin Bar’, which hides the admin bar on the front
    end and reveals it upon hover.

    Though even without that plugin, it still doesn’t work.
    Btw, is this supposed to hide it everywhere, front and back-end?
    (neither works but just wondering)..

    Using Optimizer theme and latest (4.6) WordPress.
