Doesn't work at all on mobile and Ipad

Same issue for me… and I need a version that requires visitors to actually select their DOB. Are there any around that do that and work on smaller devices? The site is pretty much broken for anyone not on desktop.

It does it on the larger “in-between” devices. Like the larger (almost a tablet size phones) Android phones, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad mini, iPad and so on.. If it were more responsive than just desktop size straight down to iPhone 5s or smaller size, it would be perfect.
