Doesnt work at all

Despite the email sent to support FEW WEEKS ago, still no reply.
It doesn’t work at all and I tried all following your processes.
It is just unacceptable, and not professional, I paid for the 1 year license and feel like I paid for nothing and fall in a trap.
I am NOT recommending your solution at all – Blog2Social is much more professional and flexible. User Interface is much easier to approach.
