Doesn’t work anymore – No more support

  • Backupsheep was perfect until it stopped. I wrote many times to support and no answer to my message was given.
    I manage to get an answer using a disposable email, the person appologised for not answering, ask for admin access and didn’t clic or try to resolve the problem. Since then, no more answer!

    Very poor customer service for a saas solution.
