    Its not working with ipv6 addresses at the moment. I assume thats your problem. I am still working on that problem.

    It worked a month ago, now I installed it again and it doesn’t work like before. Tried deactivating all other plugins and disabling Cloudflare, but still doesn’t ban IPs. Maybe something changed with the new 4.0.1 WordPress update?
