doesn’t work and will not deactivate

I had a terrible experience with this plugin. First it asked for a code, but when I tried to get a code, it said none were available and try again after 750000 seconds. So then I tried to deactivate. But every time I deactivated through the plugin page, the imagnify plugin reinstalled itself.

I was able to delete the plugin via sftp but there was still an error message.
