Doesn’t work and no support

Everything is in the title, they don’t reply when you ask them for added information and you can’t finally use their product the way it’s supposed to work.
I bought their paid product (it includes the features of this free product). It never worked as explained in their doc. And when I asked them to explain how I could do what I would like to do with their plugin, they never replied…
