Doesn’t work and no help

  • Trying to apply the short codes like shown in plugin and document, but preview continues to show short code.
    Tried to ask for help as I can’t make any sence of the description or the video, since what the video shows is not what on my screen!! And again, I copy the short codes to make sure I didn’t miss something, but I’m just wasting my time. I don’t see how this is supposed to be easy or straight forward. But no reply for my questions.
    Deleting the plug in.
