    Hi!

I’ve installed this plugin in two different WordPress Multisite installations and I can search images and everything, but when I click on teh “Save” button, nothing happens.

Any idea why? Or how could I see the source of the error. I have had a look at logs but haven’t found anything meaningful (but I’m not an expert).

    Thanks!

    Hi @jacobopolavieja
    Sorry to hear this!

Have you happened to check the FAQ questions on this?

Unfortunately each server is different but hopefully this might help.

    Hey! Thanks for answering.

I’ve tried everything there but nothing seems to be working. Maybe I’ve set up the server wrong, but this is on two different hostings.

Is it usual that it doesn’t apparently do anything? It’s as if the event didn’t fire after clicking the Save button.

Such a shame, it’s the only plugin I’ve found that lets you rename the file before importing it and that is vital in SEO and provides a much smarter workflow.

If there’s anything I can do to help debug this (assuming you have time), let me know.

    Thanks a lot!

@jacobopolavieja After you click Save, nothing should happen… it simply saves the file data for when you actually upload the image.
Did you click the image to upload it after you clicked save and the modal goes away?

    Fuck… I’m an idiot!

I thought clicking “Save” would download the image and didn’t even second guess.

Sorry man… Don’t like making people lose time over things like these.

Thanks a lot for the plugin and your support!

No worries, I think it’s actually better usability to start the upload after you hit save so I’m going to update this. ‘Save and Upload

    Thanks!
