Doesnt work

Installed it on 4.1 and other than saying plugin installed successfully, there was no other evidence that it exists. No setting I could see in control panel, and no new functionality on home page of site. Forum doesn’t seem to have any recent responses. I thought this was the next big thing. Abandonware?
