Doesn't work

  • I tried version 1.2 and version 1.2.1 and followed directions and support on their forum. This might be a good product down the road as the concept seems nice but for now it simply doesn’t work. I’ll be rolling back to wordpress 3.8 and using wp-united like I did before.

    Can you provide any specifics other than “doesn’t work”? What didn’t work? It’s kinda hard to fix something if a customer doesn’t explain why they had difficulty installing the product.

    Did you read the installation notes and follow the installation instructions? BridgeDD does a lot of things in the background when it’s activated, and problems will occur if, for example, you didn’t deactivate WP-United before activating BridgeDD.

    What error messages did you receive? Did you request assistance on the BridgeDD support board?
